I just saw this video from Maisie Crow and it is very sad.  It is a true story that everyone faces. It really makes you appreciate life, your spouse, your friends and family.  The filming and the photography are beautifully done. Watch this and go hug someone close to you and tell them how much they mean to you.

Cut Copy is a synthpop band from Melbourne, Australia. Their sound, often labeled as dance punk and/or electropop, draws considerable influence from 80s new wave, synth-pop and post-punk genres (thanks wiki).

I have been listening to Cut Copy for a while and no matter the mood I am in, I can not resist the urge to start toe tapping and dancing around when I hear them.  As a matter of fact i am doing it right now.  I am standing up typing this and jumping around all at the same time.  Such a fun band with a electronic 80’s twist.  I love listening to them at the gym too, makes me not hate life so bad when doing Ab Ripper X.  I really recommend you check them out HERE and feel free t pick up any of their albums HERE.

Au Revoir Simone is an electronic indie pop band from Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York, that formed in late 2003. Supposedly the band’s name comes from a line that Pee-Wee Herman says to a minor character (named Simone) in Tim Burton’s Pee-Wee’s Big Adventure. Dunno?? I came across Au Revoir Simone while listening to KEXP recently and just love their dreamy electronic sound. You can hear them HERE and acquire their music HERE.

Fleet Foxes are a five-piece Seattle-based band signed to Sub Pop and Bella Union. The band came to prominence in 2008 with the release of their second EP, Sun Giant, and their debut full length album Fleet Foxes. They have received much critical praise and reviewers often noted their use of refined lyrics and vocal harmonies. (wikipedia)  I could pretty much listen to the guys at any point in the day.  I love to have them playing in the studio when we have a low key shoot or drinking coffee on the front porch in the morning.
