We just dropped in to charge batteries, send some emails and off to wedding number two this weekend. But first had to check out this crazy new wave of technology. Magazines with moving imagery, just like in Harry Potter. Sweet!!

I cam across this cool video by the White Rabbits. Really simple set, just circular movement around the band it you have a dynamic video. Pretty simple.. Enjoy

With all of the new video technology becoming available these days, (super high definition DSLRs) it is becoming easier to put together cool/high end videos and put cameras where they used to once not be able to go. Below is a video made by Todd Duym and Philip Lanyon and edited by Jamie Mac. This video was shot with 12 individual cameras mounted on a rig and then spliced together for this really cool video. I can only imagine how long it took to edit this thing with 12 times the footage of the same scene.

I was at the APE blog and saw this stop motion video by photographer Eyal Landesman thought I would share it. Pretty fun to watch.
It is really fascinating to see the direction photography is going these days. Most of the new “still” cameras being released can now shoot HD video. This is really amazing. You can use all of the lenses that are for you photo camera, now on you high definition video camera. Below is a fun time lapse video taken with the new Nikon D90 and a tilt shift lens from Keith Loutit . The sailboats in the harbor are really cool.
